Return
Policy
In the unlikely
event that you are not satisfied with a flag made by The House of Flags
, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of flag and state the
reason for the return. Authorization must be made before the return
is made. Refunds will not be issued if care has not been taken to prevent
damage by tearing on gutters, shingles, birds, etc., or damage caused
by inclement weather and Mother Nature.
Stock
Flags
Purchase
price will be refunded in full provided it is still in the same resalable
condition as when sent, less shipping and handling charges. If defective,
repair or replacement will be at the discretion of The House of Flags
after inspection of returned flag. Purchaser will pay for return shipping.
Custom
Work (Flags, Banners, Windsocks etc.)
In the flag
making industry, custom work is not returnable, as it is made to specific
instructions from the customer, and cannot be resold. If an error has
occurred in the making of the custom work as to specifications such
as size, misspelling of name or date, all attempts will be made to correct
the error. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to provide
accurate information for spelling of personalizations. If an error has
been made and it is the fault of The House of Flags, we will pay for
return mailing costs.
Cancellations
In
the case of custom made flags, it is necessary for the cancellation
to be made before any work has begun on the flag. If the cancellation
is made after work begins, the customer is responsible for any costs
incurred associated in the construction of the flag.
