Flags
Due to
unpredictability of individual climate conditions The House of Flags
Inc. does not provide any warranty or claim any guarantees of any
kind for flag(s) or flag materials.
Flagpoles
The House
of Flags Inc. warrants to the purchaser of its products that its products
will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment
by The House of Flags Inc.
If any
failure to conform to this warranty appears and written notice of
such failure is given to The House of Flags Inc., within the warranty
period, The House of Flags Inc. shall, at its sole discretion, repair
or replace the defective product.
Specifically
excluded from this warranty is the cost of labor required to replace
or reinstall the defective product or additional damages which may
or may not have resulted from falling parts other than those damaged
confined to the flagpole itself. Repair or replacement by The House
of Flags Inc. is the purchaser’s sole remedy in the event of a failure
of the products to conform to this warranty.
This
warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, overloading,
accident misuse, or neglect, nor does it cover alteration or modification
unless the change has been approved in writing, by The House of Flags
Inc.
With
respect to applied finishes, halyards, and flags, The House of Flags
Inc. makes no warranty and hereby expressly disclaims all warranties
including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
All Warranty
claims must be directed to The House of Flags Inc. Customer Service
Department, 7325 - 101st Avenue Edmonton, Alberta, Canada T6A-0H9.
No product shall be returned without the prior approval by The House
of Flags Inc., and upon such approval must be shipped freight prepaid
by the purchaser.
All products
shipped by The House of Flags Inc. are inspected prior to shipment.
If any product proves to be defective in materials or workmanship
and a claim is made by the purchaser, The House of Flags Inc. will
repair or replace the item upon inspection and approval by management.
Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of The House of Flags
Inc. Thank You.
